If you can´t get the exe to download, because Windows doesn´t like that, use the .zip instead, but obviously you will have to unpack it yourself.

In both cases, upon first run Windows as well as most antivirus will attempt to check the program for viruses.
It doesn´t find any, but every time it checks, it gets the program stuck and will end up in some weird error messages.
Worse than that, it will redo this for every single sub program it tries to open, the lobby, the friends list, the table, even the private messages.

To solve this, you can either turn those stupid parts of the UAC in Windows and the corresponding function in your antivirus off, or you simply have to be patient, restart the program every time it terminates after such a security check.
Sooner or later (usually some 7 - 8 attempts) Windows as well as all antivirus will find out, there is no virus in it and from then on it will run fine.
